I'm not a player I just crush a lot - on Felipe

I'm currently having a major #artcrush moment. For those of you who know me, you know that I most def crush a lot, espec on such talented humans who kill it with color. His name is Felipe Pantone and his aesthetic is like the 4th dimension meets a rainbow 90's dream, Windows 95 Tumblr themed paradise. Or better yet, what he would refer to as "Kinetic Art."

He hails from España, like most of all the good men in the world, and is mean with the mouse and with the spray can. He first started off as a graffiti artist but gradually found his style in graphic design through geometric shapes and seizure worthy gradients. Very digital, very fresh and very vibrant and very much freehand. To me, the way he uses colors in his mixed media design is EVERYTHING. They honestly make me lose my shit, and if I lose my shit then I know this guy is on the road to being bigger than Kayne.

If I had to spend the rest of my life in one of his exhibits, it would probably be the "W-3 Dimensional" in San Francisco. Although it states that it was created on wood with paint, it gives the allusion of a transparency - which basically, other than sushi, is the key to my <3. He focuses this work of rainbow exploration through the human consciousness  and our evolution through the internet from its capacity to its speed.

Not only would I love to have this man's last name, but to have his talent would be of a divine sorts.

I'll be looking forward to seeing more of Felipe's work coming to Los Angeles or hopefully even Basel this year.
